Alfie is in no way like Alfred. He likes to refer to himself as the villain and is constantly causing trouble. He can be rude and mean and cuss a lot. However, he does have a calm side that Alfred doesn't seem to have. He loves to flirt with everyone, even his counterpart and Canada. Nothing stops him from it. Seeing as hes Bisexual it doesn't really cause a problem for him.
He loves to tease Alfred, who he calls Golden Boy. His relationship with other nations, Canada mostly, arn't very good. Some shit went down in history so he just kinda stayed to himself and his temper and evilness grew from being constantly being in fights.

ITS MY FUCKING BIRTHDAY!!! I'm gunna party like there is no fuckibg tomarrow and I get to hang with all my annoying family and get drunk off my ass!!!! FUCKING LOVE BIRTHDAYS!!! One time I show Mattie in the face with a Roman candle and he chased me down with a moose and I had to climb up the flag pile in Golden Boys lawn to get away. Ah good times. I got home just in time for this shit too. The other countries were chill and all but fucking hell if I was gunna miss my own birthday!!!
